It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages
AeroFrost is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AeroFrost will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
